Jessica Harrison, from Claremore, Okla., purchases items from Ship's Serviceman 3rd Class Reema Dass, from Anaheim, Calif., aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) during the first day the ship's store is opened onboard since beginning its planned incremental availability (PIA). Services such as the barber shop, coffee shop, ship’s store and galleys are returning for crew use for the first time since closing at the beginning of PIA. John C. Stennis is conducting a PIA at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
