170718-N-JT445-153 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 18, 2017) The Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) holds their first improvement activity exhibition at their Yokosuka headquarters. Twenty-three teams, including one from the Sasebo detachment and one from NAVSEA, shared the results of their projects to all hands during the all-day event. SRF-JRMC provides ship maintenance and modernization for Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet forces using advanced industrial techniques while keeping the U.S. 7th Fleet operationally ready.
