170715-N-XK809-039 CORAL SEA (July 15, 2017) Sailors assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, prepare landing craft, air cushions (LCAC) for flight in the well deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) during Talisman Saber 17. LCACs, launched from the Bonhomme Richard, enable movement of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) forces and equipment ashore in order for the MEU to complete mission objectives in tandem with Australia counterparts.
