William Bentley, deputy for the expeditionary maneuver warfare and combating terrorism department at the Office of Naval Research (ONR), joins Rear Adm. David Hahn, the Chief of Naval Research, for a demonstration of the ONR-sponsored Tactical Decision Kit (TDK). Scheduled to be rolled out over the next several months, TDKs are designed to be employed in barracks where Marines can practice and compete in tactical decision-making on a routine basis.
