Williams (DDG 95) performs a mailbag transfer with the German Elbe-class replenishment ship FGS Main (A515) in the Atlantic Ocean. James E. Williams is home-ported in Norfolk, Va., and is on a routine deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
