170621-N-BY095-0112 Pacific Ocean (June 21, 2017) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) transport a Mark 46 Mod 5A torpedo across the flight deck. Shoup is on an underway period in the U.S. 7th fleet area of operations. The U.S. Navy has patrolled the Indoor-Asia-Pacific routinely for more than 70 years promoting regional peace and security.
