(June 19, 2017) The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) ferry M/V Chimacum pulls up to the fuel pier at Manchester Fuel Depot during a functional exercise. WSDOT and Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Puget Sound conducted the exercise as a “fit test” to see if the fuel pier could accommodate the ferry and safely deliver fuel.
