170603-N-UX312-090 ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 3, 2017) An F/A-18F Super Hornet from the “Jolly Rodgers” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 103 lands on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Abraham Lincoln is underway conducting flight deck certification to ensure the ship and air wing is able to safely launch and recover aircraft.
