Paul Chierico, assigned to the Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Virgil Newton, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, rig deep water mooring buoys in Santa Rita, Guam. UCT-2 provides responsive inshore and underwater construction capabilities under the guidance of Commander, Task Force 75.
