170531-N-HA376-295 PORT HUENEME, Calif. (May 31, 2017) U.S. Rep. Julia Brownley, center, from California, and Capt. Mike Saum, commodore of Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, unveil a plaque naming the Port Hueneme post office in honor of U.S. Naval Construction Battalion “Seabees” Fallen Heroes, during a naming ceremony. The bill renaming the post office was introduced by Brownley, whose district encompasses Naval Base Ventura County, and signed into law on Dec. 16, 2016.
