(May 15, 2017) Seabees assigned to the air detachment of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 help move a simulated casualty for medical transport via helicopter during a mass casualty drill for the NMCB-4 field training exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
