(May 13, 2017) Kebba Kanuteh, from the sustainment and modernization division at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), serves as class Salutatorian and receives the Engineering Program Award during the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and Media graduation ceremony. Kanuteh regularly acts as a motivational speaker at Philadelphia schools and was able to overcome illiteracy and dyslexia to earn his Associate�s Degree with the support of engineers at NSWCPD.
