(April 21, 2017) A hospital corpsman assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment provides medical assistance to a simulated casualty during an Assault Support Tactics (AST) 3 exercise as part of a Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (WTI) at Kiwanis Park in Yuma, Ariz. AST-3 is an exercise focused on conducting noncombatant evacuation operation in an urban environment while concurrently providing foreign humanitarian assistance to the simulated host nation.
