Giordano address a question by Hull Maintenance Technician 2nd Class Laurence Cuteri, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), during an all-hands call at the Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton gymnasium. Giordano is visiting the Pacific Northwest to meet with Sailors and to discuss important Navy topics concerning the fleet. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
