170409-N-BK384-044 PACIFIC OCEAN (April 9, 2017) Sailors assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) depart motor vessel MV ATLS-9701 after completing a visit, board, search and seizure exercise during an amphibious squadron and Marine expeditionary unit integration (PMINT) training exercise. PMINT is two-week training evolution between the America Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th MEU, which trains Sailors and Marines to become a cohesive unit and further mission readiness in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
