170404-N-TW946-220 KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait (April 4, 2017) Civilian and military emergency responders from Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States conduct a joint chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense detection, assessment and response drill during Exercise Eagle Resolve. The exercise is the premier U.S. multilateral exercise within the Arabian Peninsula and is the leading engagement between the U.S. and Gulf Cooperation Council nations to collectively address the regional challenges associated with asymmetric warfare in a low-risk setting to test participants' ability to respond as a combined joint task force.
