Brad Cooper, the commander of U.S. Naval Forces Korea (CNFK), speaks to the crew of USS USS Stethem (DDG 63), after it arrived at the Republic of Korea (ROK) Joint Civil-Military Complex on Jeju Island for a routine port visit.
