Aaron Bell, a Navy chaplain, lay concrete blocks while constructing an exterior wall of the Walung Health Clinic in Kosrae, Micronesia. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 is constructing a new health clinic in the village of Walung on Kosrae. NMCB-1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, special operations combat service support, and theater security cooperation in support of U.S. Pacific Command.
