Stennis (CVN 74), visit with Bob Bennett, a veteran at Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System (Seattle branch) during a community service event. Sailors assigned to John C. Stennis took part in several community service events over two weeks in order to enhance relationships with the community. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
