170314-N-CJ186-1403 JINHAE, Republic of Korea (March 14, 2017) Utilitiesman Constructionman Andrew Becerra, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, rebuilds a damaged quay wall at the Republic of Korea (ROK) Naval Education and Training Command in Jinhae, ROK during Exercise Foal Eagle 2017. The annual bilateral training exercise is designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces and their ability to work together during a crisis.
