(Jan. 26, 2017) A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 drives a Humvee off the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) during a loading exercise. The exercise is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
