170110-N-WA189-107  OKINAWA, Japan (Jan. 10, 2016) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NCMB) 5 lay concrete as it comes out of the truck at White Beach, Okinawa, Japan. The structure they are building will house a generator for the base fire department. NMCB-5 is ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations, and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
