181212-N-TP832-1053 OKINAWA, Japan (Dec. 12, 2018) Builder 3rd Class Dakota Rudolph, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, uses a concrete vibrator to break up air bubbles in wall forms during a project to build a k-span structure that will house civil engineering support equipment at Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
