Kevin "Proton" McLaughlin, commander of Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic, begins his departure from Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, to lead a 21-aircraft flyover featuring a missing-man formation over the burial service for former President George H. W. Bush in College Station, Texas.
