181205-N-DR346-1002 OKINAWA, Japan (Dec. 5, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, move a rebar cage to a staging area during crane operations as part of a project to build a k-span structure at Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
