181201-N-OU290-0122 SAN DIEGO (Dec. 1, 2018) Quartermaster 1st Class Augustino Suafoa obstructs Machinist’s Mate 2nd Class Mark Lee’s vision while he pilots in the San Diego Harbor, Dec. 1, 2018, during a coxswain qualification practical for Navy Reserve Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 1. This exercise tested Lee’s skills in routine harbor piloting and unplanned events, such as, man overboard, low visibility, and loss of steering.
