181126-N-CK689-1003 SASEBO, Japan (Nov. 26, 2018) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Kiana Massey, from Fort Worth, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment Sasebo, ties rebar together to form a support cage during construction of a pre-engineered building to support amphibious assault platforms at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
