181118-N-ZB537-034 NORTH ATLANTIC (Nov. 18, 2018) The F-35 Patuxent River Integrated Test Force carried out phase two of the first of class flight trails (fixed wing) aboard the Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08). Test events included external stores, minimum performance short-takeoffs, shipborne rolling vertical landings and night operations.
