Isaac Harris, executive officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61), gives a tour of Ramage to Brazilian navy sailors assigned to the Brazilian navy patrol vessel NPa Macau (P 71) during a port visit in Suape, Brazil.
