181108-N-XK398-1308 SAIPAN (Nov. 8, 2018) Sailors assigned to Naval Beach Unit 7 offload a scoop loader from the Army Reserve, 1224 Engineering Support Company, from landing craft utility 1634 for Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) relief efforts on the island of Saipan.
