181106-N-PW480-2069 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 6, 2018) Sailors retrieve one of the ship's Rigid-hulled Inflatable Boats (RIB) during an Integrated Maritime Portable Acoustic Sound Scoring (IMPASS) system evolution aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94). IMPASS certification recognizes a ship’s ability to support ground forces by accurately firing a MK-45 5-inch/54-caliber gun. Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group (CSG) cruiser-destroyer (CRUDES) units participate in the first East Coast CRUDES Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT).
