181101-N-TP832-2217 OKINAWA, Japan (Nov. 1, 2018) Engineering Aide 2nd Class Jason White, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, cuts through overgrowth to create a clear sightline to conduct a topographic survey for a future parking lot at White Beach Naval Facility in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
