181029-N-YG414-274 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 29, 2018) Ensign Julianne Miller, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), provides small boat operations training to Sailors on the ship's rigid-hull inflatable boat during a man overboard drill. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
