(Oct. 15, 2018) Chief Builder John Watters, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 uses a chainsaw to remove debris from Naval Support Activity Panama City, Florida. In addition to equipment and supplies, NMCB-11 sent a 54-man, task-tailored Seabee detachment that includes, mechanics, electricians, equipment operators, builders, and administrative, logistical and culinary personnel.
