Bette Bolivar, commander of Navy Region Southeast, gives the thumbs up prior to take off in an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 74 from Naval Air Station Jacksonville to assess damage over the Florida Panhandle. The area was devastated by Hurricane Michael on Oct. 10, 2018.
