Kyle Cozad, right center, commander of Naval Education and Training Command and co-lead for the Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) Executive Steering Committee (ESC), welcomes members of the ESC for their inaugural meeting. Co-led by Cozad and U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) N1, the RRL ESC is responsible for integrating the individual efforts of stakeholders as RRL is implemented.
