180929-N-HB863-004 POHNPEI, Federated States of Micronesia (Sept. 29, 2018) Under Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly and U.S. Ambassador to the Federated States of Micronesia Robert Rile participate in a ground breaking ceremony with Construction Civic Action Detail, Federated States of Micronesia (CCAD FM), at Madolenihmw High School during a Sept. 29, 2018 visit to Pohnpei. The Seabees assigned to CCAD FSM are on a six-month deployment to Pohnpei to conduct civic engagements and construction projects. Modly discussed improving military-to-military cooperation, shared security interests, and our mutual desire for safety, security & prosperity in the region.
