Perrault, from Orlando, Florida, rendered aid at the scene of an accident involving a train and a school bus on Sept. 27, 2018. Perrault recently returned from a deployment to the Middle East where she served as the general medical officer aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LPH 2).
