Project C.A.R.E was created as a result of combat trauma and training accidents, leaving a great number of service members suffering from major life-altering injuries. Project C.A.R.E uses multidisciplinary surgeries and treatments to help injured service members get better quicker. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist Harley K. Sarmiento/Released)
