180917-N-OY799-0129 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 17, 2018) The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) and the roll-on/roll-off container ship USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo (T-AK 3008) are underway alongside the Navy’s forward deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during a photo exercise for Valiant Shield 2018. The biennial, U.S. only, field-training exercise focuses on integration of joint training among the U.S. Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
