180914-N-OY799-0079 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 14, 2018) Fiscal year 2019 chief petty officers sing "Anchors Aweigh" in formation during the FY19 chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the hangar bay aboard the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Fifty-two Sailors were pinned to the rank chief petty officer during the ceremony. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
