(Aug. 31, 2018) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105), the Avenger-class mine countermeasure ship USS Scout (MCM 8) and the Royal Canadian navy eat dinner at the Wilmington Welcome Reception during Los Angeles Fleet Week (LAFW). LAFW is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard teams and experience America's sea services.
