Japanese and American participants played charades, engaged in conversation and enjoyed light refreshments during the Navy Café event. Navy Café is a community relations event established in 2016 that connects American and Japanese participants and provides an opportunity for them to learn about each other’s cultures. FLEACT provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
