180804-N-DS193-426 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 04, 2018) The U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) adorns her celebration flags and banners while moored at port during Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka's annual Friendship Day celebration. More than 38,000 people attended the open base event, highlighting the partnership between the U.S. Navy and the host nation of Japan.
