180804-N-DS193-081 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 04, 2018) A guest visiting the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) sports a new command ball cap during Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka's annual Friendship Day celebration. More than 38,000 people attended the open base event, highlighting the partnership between the U.S. Navy and the host nation of Japan.
