Miller reenlists aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB 64), a retired Iowa-class battleship that is berthed permanently as a museum ship next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum in Norfolk, Va. The ship is a popular reenlistment venue for area commands in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.
