(July 12, 2018) Chief Electrictronics Technician (Navigation) Noah Carr, assigned to the Blue crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Nebraska (SSBN 739), is welcomed home by his family as the boat returns home to Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor following the boat's first strategic patrol since 2013.
