180712-N-NM917-114 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 12, 2018) Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer and his wife, Polly Spencer, are served lunch during a tour of the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Spencer met with leadership and spoke with the crew. Blue Ridge and her crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
