180712-N-NM917-044 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 12, 2018) Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer is welcomed aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during a ship tour. Spencer met with leadership and spoke with the crew. Blue Ridge and its crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
