(June 21, 2018) Sailors assigned to the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Nebraska (SSBN 739) practice driving a simulated submarine in the ship's control trainer at the Trident Training Facility Bangor, Wash. Nebraska is one of eight ballistic missile submarines stationed at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. Nebraska recently completed a major maintenance period that included an engineered refueling overhaul to extend the life of the submarine.
